What helps us understand a concern

Describe the work you agreed and what you noticed after the visit. If your question concerns a stain or treated material, mention its original condition and any care advice given. Relevant photographs can help explain the issue where the team asks for them. Keep payment details, passwords and access codes out of a feedback message.

Feedback about an appointment is handled separately from a new cleaning enquiry. Explain whether you want to discuss an unfinished task, ask about aftercare or share a comment about arranging the visit. The team can then identify the right conversation and consider your specific request.
